Tech Support Specialist

We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist for our dearest customer Docomotion.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce
  • Working with SQL
  • Reading system logs
  • Experience in conducting zoom sessions.
  • Experience in investigating the reason by looking to logs and see if services are up, do some SQL queries and other technical actions to deal with customers’ tickets
  • Full working proficiency in English
