UPTARGET Careers — Senior Full Stack Engineer (React + Node.js)

UPTARGET is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale an innovative web application in the FinTech industry.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in web development, experience with modern frameworks, and a passion for building responsive, high-quality user interfaces.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in web development.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with TypeScript-based React and Node.js.
Deep understanding of software architecture:
- Frontend: React, state management, UI frameworks.
- Backend: Node.js, databases, microservices.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
Experience with data or cyber analytics applications is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop sophisticated, responsive user interfaces and backend services based on design specifications and UI/UX best practices.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Contribute to and improve development processes, agile workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Promote the use of modern development tools and best practices, including automated testing, version control, and thorough documentation.
